These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88c8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the 88c8 website located at 88c8.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotional offers, and customer support services.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager through the 88c8 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, or promotional terms referenced herein;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if provided), the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 88c8, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain aged 18 or above throughout the duration of your account. 88c8 enforces this requirement without exception. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended and identity documents will be requested before any access is restored. If age verification confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits returned minus any bonus amounts already utilised.

Personal Account Use

Your 88c8 account must be used exclusively by you. You must not allow any other person — including family members, friends, or associates — to access or use your account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another party under any circumstances.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 88c8 platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonus balances or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, or permanent closure.

Not a Restricted Person

You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 88c8 or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or game-supply partners. Persons with insider knowledge of the platform's operations are not permitted to hold player accounts.

To access the full range of 88c8 services — including real-money deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid username, a secure password, and contact information including a mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification messages.

Identity Verification (KYC)

88c8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents at any of the following stages:

Account Security Obligations

Account Balance and Currency

Your 88c8 account balance is held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at all times. 88c8 does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. The platform does not pay interest on account balances. Player funds are held separately from 88c8's operational funds to protect your balance in the event of any business disruption.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your 88c8 account balance within approximately 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may take up to two hours to process depending on the receiving bank's clearance schedule.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the originating account flagged for review. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in permanent account closure.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's handling time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal destination must match the name and details on the registered 88c8 account;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5);
• Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal to prevent payment method abuse.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a deposit made to 88c8 constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 88c8 will contest any such chargeback and reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any amounts subject to fraudulent dispute.

Transaction Limits

88c8 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to individual accounts as part of our responsible gaming programme or fraud prevention measures. Where a limit is applied, you will be notified via the account dashboard. Players may request a limit increase by contacting customer support, subject to identity verification and a mandatory 48-hour review period.

All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on 88c8:

• Wagering must be completed within the time period specified for the offer. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be removed from the account automatically;
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards meeting the wagering requirement. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed in the specific promotion terms;
• The maximum stake permitted per round when playing with an active bonus balance is ৳500, unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Wagers exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided;
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless the promotion is a matched-deposit bonus, in which case requirements apply to both the deposit and the bonus amount combined.

Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Each promotion specifies its eligibility criteria — including whether it is available to new players only, existing players, or all players. 88c8 reserves the right to deny any bonus claim where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player does not meet the stated eligibility criteria or where the claim appears to be made in bad faith.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, exploiting low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds before requirements are met — is a material breach of these Terms. 88c8 uses automated monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse patterns. Where abuse is confirmed, the bonus and all associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

88c8 periodically offers promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid bonus offers, BPL season reload promotions, Pohela Boishakh specials, and Victory Day tournaments. These are time-limited offers and are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. These seasonal promotions are intended for genuine recreational players based in Bangladesh and are subject to the same anti-abuse monitoring as all other 88c8 promotions.

Malfunction Policy

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagered amount returned to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 88c8 is not liable for any loss of winnings or interruption of play arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, or device failures on the player's side.

Prohibited Gameplay Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the 88c8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds upon detection:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers;
• Exploiting identified bugs or errors in game software for financial gain;
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games (collusion);
• Using any strategy specifically designed to circumvent the house edge in a systematic, non-recreational manner that causes financial harm to the platform;
• Placing offsetting wagers across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes regardless of result (arbitrage abuse).

Sports Betting Rules

As a registered player on 88c8, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you were personally present at the device at the time the activity occurred.

You Agree Not To

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or customer support interaction;
• Attempt to access another player's account, or assist any third party in doing so;
• Engage in any form of money laundering or use 88c8 as a vehicle for processing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Use the platform or its communications channels to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or 88c8 staff;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 88c8 platform software;
• Use VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Make any public statements — including on social media — that are defamatory, misleading, or damaging to the reputation of 88c8 or any of its partners.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 88c8 platform — including game assets, graphics, text, software, logos, and the 88c8 brand identity — is the intellectual property of 88c8 or its licensed game suppliers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of 88c8.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88c8's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 88c8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

88c8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Reasons that may warrant suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Detection of duplicate accounts or impersonation of another person;
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Prohibited gameplay practices as described in Section 6;
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 88c8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Accounts closed at the player's request may be re-opened by submitting a written request to support, subject to re-verification of identity and a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

Where fraud, money laundering, or systemic bonus abuse is confirmed, funds held in the account at the time of closure may be permanently forfeited. In all other cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player via the appropriate payment channel following completion of the investigation.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction from which 88c8 operates. In the event of any dispute between a player and 88c8, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the 88c8 customer support escalation process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to independent dispute resolution.
